Our Policies

Please review the following policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive IV therapy services

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final balance at the time of service.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Travel

Primary service areas include: Phoenix, Tempe, Goodyear, Surprise, Laveen, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Chandler

Patient Intake & Medical Eligibility

All clients must complete a patient intake form prior to receiving IV therapy. This allows our medical team to determine clinical appropriateness and ensure your safety.

While rare, adverse reactions may occur. By booking, clients acknowledge potential risks associated with IV therapy and consent to treatment.

Medical Contraindications

Eligibility is ultimately determined during the medical screening process. For your safety, IV services cannot be provided to clients with:

• Heart failure
• Chronic kidney disease
• Active GI bleeding or ulcers
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure (not on medication)
• Active chemotherapy or radiation treatment

NOTE: Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding may be eligible for limited services. Eligibility will be determined during medical screening.

Payment Policy

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash / Zelle

We do not accept Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal, at this time.

Environment & Access Requirements

Clients must provide a safe, clean, and well-lit environment for treatment. Providers may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including aggressive pets, unsanitary environments, or unsafe individuals present.

Please notify us in advance of stairs, gated access, or limited parking, as this may affect service time or applicable fees.

Privacy & Conduct Policy

All personal and medical information is kept confidential and HIPAA-compliant.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication at the time of service. Appointments may be terminated immediately without refund if these policies are violated.

Photos or videos will never be taken without your consent.
